Who are we?

1. Daxpir-1, a subsidiary of Doss Tech Solutions, provides an inventory management application designed for refrigerators and cold storage, focusing on food expiry dates and alerts. The application is offered through a subscription model and aims to help users manage inventory effectively by providing notifications and alerts about food expiration.
2. The Applications may obtain the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by an application unless you register.

What Information Do We Collect?

When you register and use the Application, you generally provide:

• Your name, email address, mobile number, age, username, password, and other registration information.
• Information you provide when you contact us for help.
• Credit card information for use of the service.

Subscription and Payment

The app is available for an annual fee of ₹799 currently, and Daxpir-1, Doss Tech Solutions shall have the rights to revise it from time to time. Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. Users must ensure their payment details are up to date to avoid service interruptions.

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
